Got my DS lite

Its a vast improvement of the original, the first one gave me hand cramps. This one feels great, looks great, and its screens/buttons are miles better then the previous version :drool:.

If you're thinking of buying a DS either import this or wait till its out in your country as its worth the wait!

Playing Mario and Luigi partners in time (ordered it with it) great game :lol:. Cracked me up when i saw one of the stats of mario was Stache :lol:
 
I am so tempted to get one even though I will never play it. :( My cousin already had one but my friend has one and up close it is so gorgeous...
 
I hope the DS Lite comes out in the US during the summer...I can't wait for fall or winter. :(
 
It looks like they increased the size of the screen as well. I guess i have to sell my old DS to get the new one, when availiable. :D
 
looks like they didn't do the glossy finish from the mock-up shots after all.

that sucks, but i'll still probably get one.

But i guess like all DS stuff it will come at least another 2 months after the US. We get so screwed with ds stuff in australia

Its why you import... its what i did :drool:. We would be lucky if we got the DS lite this year. Ninty likes to be mean to poor ikkel europe :( :lol:

The outer shell is glossy, but not the inside. It's likely because the gloss would
have a negative effect of accentuating the level of fingertip sweat during
gameplay. Being that the buttons, the D-pad, as well as the touchpad are all
situated inside the shell, extra oils on the fingertips due to a glossy inner shell
would hinder the gaming. Also, there would be a ton of smudging as well so the
gloss would have a negative effect on aesthetics too.

Basically gloss on the inside is unnecessary and potentially makes things worse.
