It's no wonder the company is failing.Bleh, Gamestop customer service is useless, spent an hour and a half on the phone because email customer service doesn't respond to inquires. Order stated as shipped on the 4th, here it is the 14th and it has never shipped and they have stock. So I called back a second time to cancel. Dam hour to get through to someone to talk to so I could cancel. I will just use my SNES Classic now.
