Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

Theres only 1 decent PS3 game in 3D imo, and thats Grand Turismo, plays at 720p 2xAA 60fps and has adjustable convergence.

finished!!!

great ending

Not the best game in the series, but still great

i wanna play the PSV Uncharted now

I find the PSV Uncharted as good as the console. It is really well done and finding all clues and crap is pretty ****ing hard lol.

For a handheld, it is unrivaled in graphics imo. Hence, the brownie points for it.

Sorry for the necro...

Just finished the story...All I can say is... Meh. Found it boring as hell, can't stand normal enemies that take 3+ headshots to kill (not talking about the armored dudes) and almost all scenes had 2 armored coming at you, 2 snipers above and a Grenade Launcher/RPG enemy. Can't remember Uncharted 2 being that way, I loved that one. This one I finished because I already bought the game.

Or maybe playing Tomb Raider on PC before this one must have spoiled me, I don't know.

necros are ok with me as long as you're not trashing one of the funnest games of the last 10 years

Uncharted 3 was definitely the weakest of the bunch. However, it was still a good game on its own merits. They tried something different this time but the pacing didn't work for me and many other gamers. Also the storyline of Drake was very weak. Seemed like Drake had way too much crap going on in his life for this Drake to solve. 2 games on the same path were ok but the third required a new storyline and something outside of Drake's mysteries to be intriguing.

Either way, good games. Also it never ceases to amaze me that in most games the protagonist goes through hell to reach a spot but the bad guy is already there. This pisses me off in both games and movies lol. Happened a lot in UC3.

I remember being little playing super Mario Bros and in the castle levels thinking,
Man does bowser have to go through all this crap every time he comes home to his castle??

Just started playing this game because it was in the IGC this month.

As pretty as it is, I am starting to wonder if it is really even a game. It is also painfully obvious that it is pushing the limits of the PS3. The whole time I am playing it I am thinking about how much better it would look if the resolution wasn't @$%. Also wish I could make my colleague keep his trap shut while I am solving the puzzles. They aren't that challenging in the first place and his dumb hints ruin what challenge there is.

Thread necro because why not?

Uncharted 2 was a great looking game that I really enjoyed playing. Besides the final level that is.

Third game... It looks great, it is thrilling to play and retains all of the charm.

One note; if your game is making me scream out loud in frustration and contemplate sending a complaint email to your company, you ****ed up. The instant deaths, pinpoint enemy accuracy, the ****ing bullet sponges, the shitty accuracy of your weapons, the mother****ing bullet sponges, the teleportation flanking. There is a ****ing reason that I've owned this game for over a year and I'm only half way through. And the "panic" sequences... they get really old and ****ing predictable very very fast.

This is hate playing just to knock it off my list. How did this game get 9/10 or whatever the **** six years ago.
